I was born in San Francisco to Chinese immigrants that migrated from Vietnam. My parents divorced when I was seven years old. At the age of nine, my mom moved us to the San Gabriel Valley where I grew up and have lived the last 35 years. I am the son of the hardest working single mom, a younger brother of a very giving family man. an uncle of an energetic and exuberant six-year-old, and a husband to an extremely supportive woman. I am also a father of two rambunctious fur babies and a die-hard lifelong fan of a Los Angeles basketball team, (the one that has won the most championships). I am a foodie who likes to cook and try new recipes that I learned from internet videos. Most importantly, I am a very proud State Farm Agent in Rowland Heights.

My mom taught us that hard work pays off and giving is always better than receiving. I learned this at a young age. That ignited a passion for helping people. I worked at the WIC program and then for the Los Angeles Superior Court as a clerk and judicial assistant. I found that I wanted to help more people in the community in other ways. This is the path that led me to becoming a State Farm agent.
